By using Fiveify, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the service. We may update these terms from time to time and will notify you by email of material changes.

2. Description of Service

Fiveify is a reputation management platform that helps trade contractors collect customer reviews automatically. The service includes automated review request emails, AI-assisted response drafting, and a review monitoring dashboard.

3. Your Responsibilities

You are responsible for ensuring you have the legal right to contact the customers you add to Fiveify, complying with applicable anti-spam laws (CAN-SPAM, CASL), providing accurate business information, and keeping your account credentials secure.

4. Subscription and Cancellation

Fiveify is billed monthly with no long-term contract. You may cancel at any time from your account settings. Your access continues until the end of the current billing period. We do not offer refunds for partial months.

5. Limitation of Liability

Fiveify is provided “as is.” We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages. Our total liability to you shall not exceed the amount you paid in the 3 months preceding a claim.
